Frequently Asked Questions

Why not just get the cheapest inspection?

A cheap, rushed inspection usually means a quick visual look and little else — not enough time to catch a transmission fault, a disguised accident repair, or hidden corrosion. Our certified in-house mechanics take the time to check what those checks skip, so you don't find out the hard way after you've paid.

What exactly do I get for AED 549?

Our Stress Free package is a 625-point inspection: a full underbody check on ramps, accident, paint and chassis assessment, a flood damage check, a complete diagnostic scan, and the Inspect SmartBuy Insight™ negotiation table with indicative repair costs. It typically takes 1.5–2 hours.

How fast can you come, and when do I get the report?

In most cases our inspector can attend the same day or the next day, at a time that works for you. Your interactive digital report — with photos and full findings — is ready the same day the inspection is completed.

Do you come to the seller's location anywhere in the UAE?

Yes. We come to wherever the car is — private seller, dealership, or showroom — anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman. A travel fee applies for some locations outside Dubai; you'll see the exact amount when you book.

Can I use the report to negotiate the price?

Yes. The Stress Free package includes our Inspect SmartBuy Insight™ table, a structured breakdown of every finding with indicative repair cost ranges you can use to negotiate. Basic and Sleep Easy reports still list every issue found, which you can use the same way.

What if the deal falls through — can I reschedule?

Yes — you can reschedule or cancel for free up to 4 hours before your appointment. If the seller isn't ready or the car isn't available when our inspector arrives, a small call-out fee applies and the rest of your payment is refunded.
